FAQ: How does Early Bird pricing work?
Early Bird Pricing Period:
- Is valid for anytime up to 5 weeks before the event
- When paying by Credit Card, payment is processed during registration
- When paying by Purchase Order, checks must be received by the end of the
early bird period to retain Early Bird pricing.
- Cannot be combined with other discounts.
Regular Pricing Period:
- Is valid from 5 weeks before the event until the event date
- When paying by Credit Card, payment is processed during registration
- When paying by Purchase Order, checks must be received two weeks before the
event or credit card payment will be required.
