Bill Jame's site has great VBScript samples. Some of them extend the shell and some have built-in install and uninstall routines.
One of the most useful is the "Create Folder" context menu item which allows you to create a folder just by right clicking an existing folder (Why isn't that in Windows??) There is another great one that allows you to right click a file and send it to an internet server using FTP (like WS_FTP does).
