Special Cancellation Policy
Attendee Cancellations: If an attendee must cancel, the following applies:
- A substitution for a coworker may be made
- The attendee can be moved to any future session where there is room
(attendee retains any special pricing)
- If a complete cancellation is done up to two weeks before the event, a 100%
refund is available upon request
- If a complete cancellation is done within two weeks of the event, a 75%
refund is available upon request
- Cancellations of any reservation where payment was completed with a credit card will be less transactions fees charged by the credit card processor. This is generally around 10% (5% to run the charge, 5% to run the refund).
If DesktopAdmin.com must cancel a
class, the following applies:
- The attendee can be moved to any future session where there is room
(attendee retains any special pricing)
- A 100% refund is available upon request
